Have you ever been so sick and tired of being sick and tired? That was me about a year ago. I had been increasingly getting more tired as the weeks turned into months, and I knew something had to be done about it. I asked my doctor, who simply said that it is part of the aging process. I could see that if I was sedentary and in my 90s, but I am active and in my 40s. I went online to see if I could find more information, and that is how I knew to contact a Philadelphia chiropractor to help me with my fatigue and not feeling good issues.
I plugged a few of my symptoms into a search engine, and I was surprised with the websites that I saw pop up for suggestions. Almost all of them were chiropractic sites, so I knew that there was something to what I was seeing. I went to the website of a local chiropractor here in town, and I was able to read about everything that chiropractic care can help with. Always feeling fatigued was an indications that there was an imbalance somewhere within my nervous system, and that could definitely be helped by seeing a chiropractor.
I made an appointment that day, and I was able to get in within just a few days of calling. After looking over the paperwork I had already filled out and talking with me about what I was feeling, he ordered a few tests and also did a physical exam on me. He was able to tell a lot just from these, and then he explained what adjustments are in relation to my spine. He suggested that I have several done in the following few weeks, and that really did make a difference. I get one or two done a month now, and I have not had that feeling of tiredness come back.
